The granules should be dissolved in a cup of water and then drunk. Urine pH measurement: Just before taking each dose, take the paper test strip provided in the package, hold it with a clip (also included) and soak it in fresh urine. Then compare the color of the wet strip to the color chart and read what is printed below in the color corresponding to the pH. Thus, the pH and the number of spoonfuls of granules drunk are recorded in a control calendar.
