UNICAST 10MG 30_S

Montelukast 10 mg belongs to a group of medicines known as leukotriene receptor antagonists.
It is used to prevent and manage the symptoms of asthma and relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies, also known as seasonal allergic rhinitis or hay fever.
It can also be used to treat symptoms of exercise-induced asthma (exercise-induced bronchoconstriction).
It works by blocking the effects of leukotrienes, a substance the body produces in response to certain “triggers” that cause narrowing and swelling of the airways in the lungs.
Montelukast 10 mg can be taken alone or in combination with other asthma medications. Montelukast usually starts working within one day.
