6-9 years: One 350 mg suppository 2-3 times a day. 9-12 years: One 350 mg suppository 3-4 times a day. Lubricate the tip of the suppository with either water or a water-based lubricant. Insert the lubricated tip of the suppository into the anus. Push it in with your index finger or little finger for young children and hold it against the rectal wall for a few seconds. This will keep it in place.
