Telfast 180 mg tablets are used to relieve the symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) such as sneezing, itching, watery or red eyes, itchy, blocked or runny nose as well as the symptoms of urticaria also known as hives or itchy skin rash in adults and children aged 12 years and over.
