PANADOL COLD&FLU VAPOUR RELEASE 10 SACHETS

Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years: Take one sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses per day. Children under 12 years: Do not give paracetamol/phenylephrine hydrochloride/vitamin C to children under 12 years of age. Start by emptying the powder contents of one sachet into a cup, then fill it with hot water and stir until dissolved. You can sweeten the mixture with sugar or honey if you prefer. Do not take it for more than 5 days or at a higher dose than recommended.
