OFLOX 0.3% OPTHALMIC SOLUTION

Always use ofloxacin exactly as your doctor has told you. The usual dose is one or two drops in the affected eye every two to four hours for the first two days and then four times daily from then on. For ofloxacin to be effective, it must be taken regularly. The duration of treatment should not exceed ten days. The bottle should not be used if the tamper-evident seal on the neck of the bottle is broken before first use.
