Secure the bandage with one hand and place the outer side of the bandage against the skin. Extend the bandage long enough before rolling it onto the skin to allow it to relax. Apply the first circle without tension. Continue to circle in only partially overlapping circles. Apply the bandage with just enough tension to provide the desired level of support. Tear off the bandage. Press the end of the bandage to secure it to itself without stretching.
