Secure the bandage with one hand and place the outer side of the bandage against the skin. Extend the bandage to a sufficient length before beginning to wrap it over the skin to allow the bandage to relax. Apply the first circle without stretching it. Continue wrapping the bandage in only partially overlapping circles. Apply the bandage with just enough tension to provide the desired level of support. Tear off the bandage. Pinch the end of the bandage to secure it to itself without stretching it.
