This product contains three active ingredients: paracetamol, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Paracetamol belongs to a class of medications known as analgesics and antipyretics.
Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that works by reducing the effects of histamine in your body and thus helps relieve the signs and symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing, watery eyes, itching, and runny nose.
Pseudoephedrine belongs to a class of medications known as decongestants and works by reducing nasal congestion that you may experience during colds and flu.
It is used to relieve cold and flu symptoms at night.
