The tablets should be taken every day at approximately the same time so that there is always a 24-hour interval between two tablets. The first tablet should be taken on the first day of menstrual bleeding. After that, one tablet should be taken every day continuously, without noticing any possible bleeding. A new blister starts right the day after the previous one.
