Panadrex Max is a commonly used medication for the relief of mild to moderate pain and fever.
Contains paracetamol which helps relieve headaches, menstrual pain, toothache and joint pain.
Paracetamol belongs to a group of medications called analgesics and is used to treat pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenases, COX-1 and COX-2.
COX-1 and COX-2 are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins (PGs), which cause pain and inflammation.
