Secure the bandage with one hand and place the outer side of the bandage against the skin. Spread the bandage long enough before you start wrapping it on the skin to allow the bandage to relax. Apply the first circle without tension. Continue wrapping the bandage in only partially overlapping circles. Apply the bandage with just enough tension to give the desired level of support. Tear off the bandage. Squeeze the end of the bandage to hold it on itself without stretching.
